1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

    Returns are accepted within 5-7 Days from the date of delivery.

    Returned items must be in unused, unworn condition, free from stains, odors, or damage, and must include all original tags and packaging. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

    • Undergarments and intimate apparel

    • Customized or personalized products

    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    2. REFUNDS

    Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

    Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
