BH SHIPPING POLICY

At Bad Habits, we take pride in providing our customers with a reliable and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, costs, and responsibilities. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days once payment has been successfully verified.
Orders placed after cut-off time 7 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
During high-volume periods (such as sales, new collections, or holidays), processing times may be extended. All customers will de notified accordingly before purchases.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email after placing an order, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping is free on all orders over 200$
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders securely and on time. Available shipping options include:
Domestic Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days
Domestic Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business day, depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.
International Shipping Express: Estimated delivery within [1–7 business days], depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.

3. shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, delivery address, and total weight/volume of the order.
Customers will see the final shipping cost before completing checkout.

4. tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Tracking information may take up to 24 – 48 hours to update after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates to ensure successful delivery. (We also help customers track for a successful delivery.)
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (International order)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Bad Habits is not responsible for customs clearance delays. Customers are advised to check with their local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
6. PRE-ORDERS AND BACKORDERS
From time to time, certain products may be available for purchase on a pre-order or backorder basis.
Pre-order items are products that are not yet released but can be reserved in advance. Backorder items are temporarily out of stock but expected to return.
Payment for pre-orders and backorders is charged at the time of purchase to secure the item(s).
Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders or backorders will be displayed on the product page and/or in your order confirmation email.
These dates are estimates only and subject to change due to manufacturing, supplier, or shipping delays.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order/backorder items may be shipped separately or held until all items are available, depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout.
Customers will be notified of any significant delays beyond the original estimated shipping date.
7. RISK OF LOSS & TITLE
All orders are shipped on a FOB (Free on Board) shipping point basis. This means that title and risk of loss for products transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the carrier.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the custody of the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file claims for lost or damaged shipments.
8. DELIVERY ISSUES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. Bad Habits is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a pickup point, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
In cases where an undeliverable package is not reshipped, a refund may be issued, minus original shipping fees.
9. DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., carrier issues, customs inspections, natural disasters, or strikes).
